With his knowledge and hands on experience in the fields of User Experience, Print and Web design, Assen is responsible for the great experiences New Venture Software delivers to its customers. A graduate of the University for the Creative Arts, UK (formally SIAD), he holds numerous international design awards and occasionally speaks at events. He is a member of NAPP and previously ran his own design studio.
Hristo Georgiev serves as New Venture Software’s Chief Executive Officer. Hristo is responsible for New Venture Software’s business operations as well as maintaining excellent relationships with customers and partners. Previously, Hristo helped the software company Telerik, later acquired by Progress, grow from 60 to 700 people by establishing its global human resource function and team. Hristo is a Harvard University and CIPD-certified executive and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University in Bulgaria.
Milan Nankov serves as New Venture Software's Chief Technical Officer. With many years under his belt as both a technical team leader and software architect, Milan possesses deep architectural expertise of many software development technologies and languages including the Microsoft technology stack, Telerik products and all mobile frameworks.
Vladimir has many years of experience in the software industry as both an engineer and a technical leader. Before becoming New Venture Software's Chief Software Architect, Vladimir was instrumental in expanding an engineering division of a rapidly growing software company. He was responsible for facilitating large scale software development, the underlying processes and infrastructure as well as establishing a culture of commitment to quality among his subordinates. Vladimir is very product oriented, a customer champion and a leader who unrelentingly pushes for usability, performance and scalability of all products under his supervision.

Stephen Forte a managing director at Fresco Capital, an early stage Venture Fund, and is involved in all aspects of investment and operations with a specific focus on enterprise, big data, and IoT. Prior he was the Chief Strategy Officer of Telerik, a leading vendor of developer and team productivity tools acquired by Progress Software (NASDAQ: PRGS) in 2014. Stephen was the founder of Mach5, a Silicon Valley based startup accelerator and co-founder of AcceleratorHK, Hong Kong’s first startup accelerator. Involved in several startups, he was the co-founder of Triton Works, which was acquired by UBM (London: UBM.L) in 2010 and was the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Corzen, Inc, which was acquired by Wanted Technologies (TXV: WAN) in 2007. Prior to Corzen, Stephen served as the CTO of Zagat Survey in New York City (acquired by Google in 2011) and also was co-founder of the New York-based software consulting firm The Aurora Development Group. Stephen is also a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional, PMP, and also speaks regularly at industry conferences around the world. He has written several books on application and database development. Stephen has an MBA from the City University of New York. Stephen is also a board member of the Scrum Alliance. An avid mountain climber, Stephen leads a trek in the Mt. Everest region every fall to raise money for charity. After several years as an ex-pat in Hong Kong, Stephen now lives in Silicon Valley with his wife.
Atanas Stoyanov is a serial entrepreneur and investor with a predilection for technology and software. Atanas leads two companies that he founded - WooTrader Inc (wootrader.com) and Top Rank Software. Previously Atanas co-founded AutomatedQA (now smartbear.com) - acquired in 2007 by Insight Venture Partners. Atanas currently lives in Tampa, Florida
